Brandon Sports and Aquatic Center was
founded and operated as the Brandon Swim and Tennis Club for more than
40 years by Dr. George R. Greenwell, Mrs. Shirley Greenwell and their
family. Over the course of the 40 years, they successfully established
a family first, character-centered organization recognized for their work
with children all the way through to the world-class athlete. Originally
run as a private entity the Center today is a community-based 501(c)(3)
that provides an environment where positive values are reinforced and
