Sign up & Registration:

1. Complete two Blue Wave registration forms.
2. Complete the Florida Swimming registration form.
3. Make a check payable to Brandon Swim Boosters in the amount of                        $100.00. This is an annual registration fee that applies to ALL Blue Wave          swimmers and it's due in December of each year. This annual rate for Pre-      Competitive and High School Group swimmers is $60.00
4. Attach a copy of the swimmer's birth certificate.
5. Read the Brandon Swim Boosters Bi-Laws.
6. Deliver or mail this information to:
