Administrative Staff

Phyllis Skiffington has been a member of the Brandon
Sports and Aquatic Center for 23 years, and has been
an employee for 14 years. Starting as a sewing instructor
for the Summer Sports Campers, Phyllis was promoted
to Pro Shop Manager and Buyer, and became Director
of Member Services in April of 2005. Previously she was
the Mother's Day Out Director at First Baptist Church
in Brandon where she managed a staff of 12 employees
and 70 children. She has a degree in Fashion Merchandising
and Marketing from Florida State University and served
as a Home Fashions Buyer for Jordan Marsh Department
Stores. She is married to William Skiffington and has three
sons: Phillip, Andrew, and Wesley.

Lori Bukaweski has been the BSAC Director of Marketing
and Member Services for the past two years, having served
previously at BSAC in Fundraising and Development. While
moving around the country with her military family, she has
served as an adjunct instructor of various community college
business courses in Atlanta, Georgia and Fayetteville, North
Carolina. Originally from Michigan, she worked as a Fashion
Buyer for The J. C. Penney Company, Inc. for 9 years. Lori
holds both bachelor's and master's degrees in Business
Administration from Saginaw Valley State University, with
majors in Marketing, Economics, and Management. She and
her husband, LTC Thomas Bukaweski, have two sons,
Jacob and Dylan.
