Chequita Burgess currently conducts our group fitness classes, and no class is ever the same!
She does straight music cardio, abs, core, running, weights, yoga, and more! With stretching at
the beginning and end of each class and closing discussions on nutrition and health news, you
will see why this class is different from the rest!
SCHEDULE
Adult Fitness Class
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 6:15 to 7:15 p.m.
Once per week, twice per week, and unlimited pricing available.
