Itamar Eylon conducts our group fitness classes, and no class is ever the same! He does traight music cardio, abs,
core, running, weights, yoga, and more! With stretching at the beginning and end of each class anc closing
discussions on nutrition and health news, you will see why this class is different from the rest!

Adult Fitness Class
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
**The class will be taught by Chequita Burgess through March 31, 2010 .**
Once per week, twice per week, and unlimited pricing available.
