Group Fitness

Coed fitness classes are a combination of cardiovascular conditioning combined with stretching, kickboxing, core training, and a splash of yoga. Each class varies to keep you motivated, all while having FUN within a dynamic social environment!  Burn fat, burn calories, and change your lifestyle. Classes are held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6:15pm - 7:15pm

Cost is included in your BSAC Membership or $10 drop-in fee per class if you are not a member!
