Itamar holds the ranking of black belt in Tae Kwon Do and has extensive training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Krav Maga (Israeli Military Self-Defense).
Classes
are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00-11:00 am and 5:45-6:45 pm.
Mondays and Fridays from 6:00-7:00 pm
