PRIVATE PARTIES - FACILITY SCHEDULING

Private parties may be reserved from 6 p.m.-10 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays (other days and times may be available upon request.) In addition, BSAC is also available from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Saturdays in the summer and fall months and from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. in the Winter and Spring.  We rent for birthday parties, church socials, and other private events. Pool rental rates are for a four hour period including lifeguards and are reserved on a first come first serve basis. Reservations are confirmed when BSAC has received a signed contract along with a 20 percent non-refundable deposit. As a courtesy to our neighbors, all party guests must be out of the pool by 10 p.m. and out of the facility by 10:15 p.m. (Clean up crew NOT included). A late fee of $25 per quarter hour will be assessed.

CLEANING:
Our staff will sweep, empty trash, and clean bathrooms. Renters are responsible for placing trash in the proper containers, as well as removal of decorations and all personal belongings.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
BSAC reserves the right to cancel any party with 24 hours notice due to technical difficulties. In the case your party should need to be cancelled, the full deposit will be refunded. The renter may reschedule a party with 30 days notice and is able to transfer the original deposit to the new date. Parties cancelled within three days of the date will have to pay the club the remaining balance owed.

In the case of inclement weather, BSAC will cancel and/or postpone parties. All parties are subject to the discretion of the lifeguards and management if inclement weather conditions threaten member safety. BSAC will close if the National Weather Service has issued hurricane or tornado warnings for Hillsborough County. Swimming parties will be postponed if lightning is visible from the facility. If thunder is heard, the pool will be cleared and the party may continue in other areas.

RULES:
Guests must follow all posted pool, dive well, and facility rules. No glass is allowed in the facility or on the pool deck. Guests must follow all verbal safety rules and instructions given by the lifeguards and management. Lifeguards may restrict intoxicated guests from the pool. The 5 & 10-meter platform will not be open for use. No illegal substances or behavior will be tolerated.

CLEANING:
Guests may supply their own food and beverages. Food and beverages must stay in the designated picnic areas. Catering is available to guests who are interested. The BSAC Certified Executive Chef, Mike Priola, provides all catering. There is an additional fee for this service and services will be provided under a supplemental contract. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises.
