Community club spends the afternoon cleaning up their school by picking up trash. They learn about the importance of helping our environment, and the benefits of recycling. In addition, they organized a free book pickup for their school. How creative!

Community Club at Lithia Springs took an amazing trip to visit the Pet Resource Center. They got to learn all about the animals there, and got to play with a few as well!
Students in the Culinary Club make pasta salad. They learned how to mix and measure ingredients that make for a delicious pasta salad! Yum!
The Culinary club made their version of pasta salad. The ingredients they used were tricolor rotini, grape tomatoes, black olives, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni,Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, Italian vinaigrette dressing, salt and pepper. The students really enjoyed this culinary session and was back asking for seconds!

BSAC's spring break campers had a blast in the mummy wrap challenge - an all time favorite! Each team raced to see who could wrap their mummy the fastest. The best part? Wrapping up their counselors!

Stowers BASE Kindergarten through 5th grade made volcanos for each grade out of flour, water, and salt. On Friday, all the BASE students went outside to show off their work. This was their chance to make their volcanoes erupt! Science is cool!
Afterschool All-Star students in the BSAC Culinary Club learned how to make Caesar salad. They were taught how to make it by mixing all the ingredients into baggies. How fun and delicious!
The community club helped make Stowers a little more beautiful this week. Students took part in mulching the trees outside of the cafeteria doors. Vice principal, Mr.Robinson, even came out to support and thank them for their excellent work. Thanks to the community club, Stowers became an even more beautiful place to attend school!
